What is Wireless Local Loop (WLL)?
Wireless Local Loop (WLL) is a Radio-based Network Access Technology that enables wireless voice and data communications on a digitally controlled network. Under the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s new regime, TeleCard Limited has been granted a WLL operation license.

What is CDMA?
CDMA stands for “Code Division Multiple Access”. This state-of-the-art technology gives you cutting edge voice clarity and security. Your GO phone is driven by this amazing technology.

How do I use my GO connection?
With your GO connection you can make and receive phone calls to/from all Local, Mobile & International Operators. For within the city Incoming, the caller has to simply dial the desired GO number e.g. 8200000. All incoming calls are free. For within the city outgoing calls to a landline (such as PTCL), you simply have to dial the number e.g. 111-222-124. For mobiles, operator code and number should be dialed. For nationwide calls city code has to be dialed with the desired number (the same way as you would on PTCL).

Can I ‘roam’ with my GO connection?
You can roam around anywhere with your GO connection, within your specified user-zone (as per PTA regulations). For more information about your user-zone, please call us on 111-222-124.

How do I recharge my GO connection?
For pre-paid users, Top-Up scratch cards of Rs.100, 299, 499 & 999 are available. For post-paid, you can deposit your bills at our designated Franchises or in any designated branch of Faysal Bank.

Can I receive and make International calls on my GO?
Yes you can! For Incoming International calls, the caller has to dial 00 + country code + city code + your GO number; For example: 00-92-21-8200000. To make International calls from your GO, dial 00 + country code + city code + number.

What does it cost someone to call my GO number?
For someone to call your GO number, it will cost the same as calling any normal PTCL number.

What Value-Added-Services will I get on my GO connection?
A host of Value Added Services are enabled on your GO connection and that too with No Activation Charges. Pre-paid connections are equipped with Caller Line Identification (CLI), Short Messaging Service (SMS) and CDMA 2000 1x Wireless High Speed Internet**.
